I'm Coach Rob — the founder of RC Strength.

For the past 23 years, I’ve been immersed in performance training. It started with football, where I trained relentlessly through college to gain every edge possible on the field. That passion for performance evolved into powerlifting, where I earned a pro total through years of focused, disciplined training.

In my pursuit of mastery, I earned my Personal Training Certification from Westside Barbell — the gold standard in strength. I had the privilege of visiting the late, great Louie Simmons himself to gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies of Conjugate-style training straight from the source.

Six years ago, I began coaching others — helping everyday professionals tap into the same principles that drive elite performance. What began with a few in-person clients has now grown into a mission: to bring high-level strength and performance training to more people through online coaching.
